Real estate investing can be powerful when it’s done with the right structure, education, and long-term plan. In this webinar, Greg Lafferty shares practical insight from over a decade in private equity, banking, and real-world investing to help investors make informed decisions at every stage. We’ll discuss how education, strategy, brokerage, and property management work together to support sustainable portfolio growth. Whether you’re just getting started or refining an existing portfolio, this conversation is designed to help you invest with confidence and build generational wealth the right way.
Many investors struggle not because real estate does not work, but because they begin without the right education, structure, or expectations. We will walk through what new and aspiring investors should focus on first, including how to evaluate opportunities, avoid early mistakes, and create a foundation that supports long term growth. This topic is about replacing uncertainty with a clear and repeatable starting point.
As portfolios grow, the decisions become more complex and the risks increase. We will discuss how experienced investors can refine their strategy, manage growth, and make informed capital and operational decisions without losing clarity or control. You will learn how proper planning, professional guidance, and strong systems help investors scale responsibly.
Successful real estate investing is not just about acquiring property. We will explore how brokerage, property management, and ongoing consultation work together to protect investments and reduce unnecessary friction. This discussion focuses on how the right support allows investors to stay focused on long term wealth instead of day to day stress.
